中医养血益气法结合莫沙必利治疗2型糖尿病便秘

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医养血益气法结合莫沙必利对糖尿病便秘的治疗效果。方法:将确诊的2型糖尿病便秘的60例患者,治疗组30例,应用中医养血益气法方剂结合莫沙必利,对照组30例,用莫沙必利,疗程3周。结果:治疗组排便周期缩短、大便性状较软、排便时间缩短(P<0.01)均明显优于对照组。结论:中医养血益气法结合莫沙必利对于糖尿病慢性便秘病人有良好的治疗效果。Objective： To evaluate the effects on Yiqi Yangxue Chinese medicine combined with mosapride in the treatment of consti- pation in type 2 diabetes.Methods：60 patients of constipation with type 2 diabetes were divided into treatment group and control group.30 cases in treatment group, were treated by Yiqi Yangxue Chinese medicine combined with mnsapride.30 cases in the control group,treated with mosapride. Treaanent course was 3 weeks. Results： In treatment group it showed that defecation cycle shortened, soft stool characters, time of defecation（ P 〈 0.01）, significantly hatter than the control group. Conclusions： Yiqi Yangxue Chinese medicine combined with mosapride for diabetic patients with chronic constipation have a good therapeutic effect.
