摘  要:目的探讨利培酮治疗前后首发精神分裂症患者血浆白介素-2、白介素-6、白介素-8的变化及临床意义。方法45例首发精神分裂症患者用固定剂量的利培酮进行10周治疗,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)对治疗前后血浆白介素-2、白介素-6、白介素-8进行了检测。以40例健康志愿者为对照。结果治疗前精神分裂症患者血浆IL-2、IL-6、IL-8水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);治疗后患者组血浆IL-2、IL-6水平有显著下降(P<0.01),而IL-8水平变化不明显(P>0.05)。结论精神分裂症患者存在IL-2、IL-6、IL-8介导的免疫功能紊乱,利培酮可能通过抑制IL-2、IL-6的生成而对精神分裂症的免疫功能紊乱进行纠正。Objective To explore the change of plasma Interleulkin-2(IL-2) ,Interleulkin-6(IL-6) ,Interleulkin- 8(IL-8) levels after risperidone treatment in first-episode schizophrenics and their clinical significance. Methods The plasma levels of IL-2,IL-6 and IL-8 were measured with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) in 40 healthy volunteers(control group) and 45 first-episode schizophrenic patients(study group). Results Comparing with control group, the plasma levels of IL-2,IL-6,IL-8 in study group before treatment increased significantly (P〈0. 05;P〈0. 01). After treatment, the levels of IL-2 and IL-6 in study group decreased significantly (P〈0.01),but the levels of IL-8 had no significant change(P〉0.05). Conclusion The patients with schizophrenia have immune dysfunction mediated by IL-2,IL-6 and IL-8. Risperidone may have in-hibitory regulation effect on the immune dysfunction.
