摘　　要：刑事证据展示制度在实现司法公正、提高诉讼效率方面有重要意义。然而,我国现行法律中没有关于刑事证据展示制度的规定,通过对我国刑事证据展示制度在立法上的缺陷、司法实践中存在的问题及我国建立刑事证据展示制度的必要性和可行性等方面的分析,提出了建立我国刑事证据展示制度的构想。The display system of criminal evidence plays an important role in realizing the judicial justice and increasing the efficiency of taking legal actions. However, China＇s current laws have no provision of showing the criminal evidences. After a thorough analysis of legislative limitations in the system, the problems in judicial practice and the necessity and feasibility of establishing the system, this paper puts forward the assumption of establishing the system of showing the criminal evidences.
