摘　　要：高校教务档案是高校档案的重要组成部分,对高校的建设与发展具有重大意义。应根据形势与任务的变化,通过推进档案工作法制化,实现档案收集超前化和管理手段信息化,强化开发利用社会化,促进从业人员专业化,加强教务档案建设,更好地服务高校的教学管理工作。The teaching affairs files are an important part of colleges＇ files and have great significance in construction and development of colleges. The existing problems should be solved according to the ehanges of the present situation and tasks so that the construction of the teaching affairs files can perform a better service for the teaching management at colleges. Management of teaching affair files should be legalized and informationized and application of the files should be socialized and personnel should be specialized.
