MMP-2和COX-2在结肠癌组织中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：【目的】探讨COX-2蛋白和基质金属蛋白酶-2在结肠癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。【方法】采用SP免疫组织化学染色技术，检测60例结肠癌组织和25例正常结肠组织中COX-2和MMP2的表达情况。【结果】COX-2和MMP-2在结肠癌组织中表达明显高于正常组织（P〈0．01）；MMP-2和COX-2表达在结肠癌不同分化程度、Dukes分期、淋巴结转移中差异明显（P〈0．05），分化越低、分期越晚、发生淋巴结转移者表达越高；2种蛋白在结肠癌组织中的表达呈正相关（P〈0．01）。【结论】COX-2与MMP-2的表达，与结肠癌的侵袭和转移密切相关，联合检测cox-2和MMP-2表达可能有助于判定结肠癌临床病理特征及预后。[Objective]To investigate the expression of COX-2 and MMP-2 in colon carcinoma and their significance. [Methods] The expressions of COX 2 and MMP-2 were detected by immunohistochemical SP method in the tissues from 25 normal colon mucosa and 60 cases with colon carcinoma. [Results] The expres sions of COX-2 and MMP-2 in the tissues from colon carcinoma were significantly higher than those in normal colon mucosa tissues（ P 〈0.01）. There were significant differences in MMP-2 and COX-2 expression in different differentiation degree, Dukes stage, with or without lymph node metastasis （ P 〈0.05）. COX-2 expression was positively related to MMP 2 expression in colorectal carcinoma （ P 〈0.01）. [Conclusion]COX-2 may mediate the expression of MMP 2 and is related to the invasion and metastasis of colorectal carcinoma. Combination analysis of the expression of COX-2 and MMP 2 may be helpful for the evaluation of clinicopathologic features and prognosis of patients with colon carcinoma.
