摘　　要：大学生学业生涯规划是高校培养高素质人才的重要手段之一。辅导员有必要对大学生系统地开展学业生涯规划理论教育,按照"项目化管理、具体化落实、过程化监督"的原则,使大学生认清学业生涯规划的侧重点,掌握学业生涯规划的方法。Study career plan of students is an important means of colleges and universities to train high-quality talents. It＇s necessary for counselors to instruct university students to carry out theoretical learning of career plan systematically aeeording to the principle of ＂projectized management, concrete implementation, and supervised process＂. So that students can get the point of career plan and master the method of career plan.
