摘　　要：以人为本是科学发展观的本质与核心。把"以人为本"的理念具体落实到高校教材供应工作中,就是"以师生为本"。本文从"以师生为本"的高校教材供应工作管理理念出发,阐述了创新高校教材供应工作新局面的必备环节,为做好高校教材供应工作提供一定的参考。Putting people first is the essence and the core of the scientific outlook on development. Putting this insight real in the work of supplying textbooks in universities can be described as ＂Put Teachers and Students First＂. Based on this working principle centered on ＂Put Teachers and Students First＂, this paper expounds to the necessary steps for building a new stage for textbooks supply in universities so as to stand for reference for a better job on university textbooks supply.
