摘　　要：由于我国经济社会的迅速发展,我国农产品生产加工企业所面临的法律经济制度、市场范围、需求层次都发生了根本变化。市场范围由国内市场扩展到国外市场,国内消费者对于农产品消费也由原来温饱满足型向健康导向型转变。因一些农产品生产加工企业忽视社会责任而引起的食品安全事件,引起社会高度关注。农产品生产加工企业在发展中履行社会责任,重视利益相关者利益,已成为经济持续发展的内在必然要求。As a result of the rapid development of China＇ s economy and society, the legal economic system, the markets involved, the level of demands which China＇ s agricultural produce producing and processing enterprises are facing have all changed fundamentally. Markets have expanded from the domestic markets to international markets, and the consumption of agricultural produce by domestic consumers has switched from consumption of food and clothing to health-oriented consumption. Because of several food safety incidents resulting from a lack of social responsibility, a number of agricultural produce enterprises have attracted much attention in society. The paper holds that agricultural produce enterprises＇ carrying out of social responsibility and giving attention to the interests of consumers has become a necessity for the society＇ sustainable development.
