摘　　要：当前,独立学院学生基础条件不足,无法沿着普通高校的教学模式,其教育更应针对社会的需求,着眼培养高级应用型人才。因而,改革的重点是以学生创新能力,实践能力的培养为目标,通过教学过程管理上的改革,实现考核过程化、多样化,加强互动式教学,加强学习过程的控制,提高学习效率。Because basic conditions of students in independent colleges are limited, teaching model of regular institutions of higher learning cannot be adopted, education should meet the needs of the society and foster applicative talents. Reform will focus on students innovation ability and ability of practice. Through teaching procedures management reform, proceduring and diversification of examination will be realized to strengthen interactive teaching, control learning process and improve learning efficiency.
