摘  要:通过问卷调查、实地走访等研究方法,对青海牧区6州33个县、市、行委的186所中学和1 043所小学体育师资状况进行了相关调查,分析了影响青海牧区学校体育师资队伍发展的相关因素,提出了采取专家讲座、城乡互动、对口扶助、支教下乡等多种形式加强牧区学校体育师资的培训力度,调动其工作积极性,改善其工作、生活条件,提高其地位待遇,稳定现有师资队伍;尽快落实农牧区特聘教师岗位制度到基层中小学,多渠道引进各类体育专业人才,尽可能添置或配齐必要的场地器材设施等对策建议。Based on the questionnaire and on - the - spot investigation, the article analyzes the state of the teachers and the factors affecting the development of the team of teachers in the 186 middle schools and 1043 primary schools in the 33 counties and cities in the 6 prefectures in the pastoral areas in Qinghai province and offers some solutions such as: holding lectures given by experts, en- hancing interaction between city and countryside, offering relevant supports and sending professionals to the countryside to strengthen the training of teachers, increase their enthusiasm , improve their living and working conditions and so on. At the same time, the policy of specially employed teachers in the pastoral area should be enforced as soon as possible, various sports professional should be introduced and necessary sports facilities should be provided.
