摘 要:目的研究近年来城镇青少年超重及肥胖的发生规律及体重指数与血压的相关性,为预防成人高血压及代谢综合征提供合理的干预措施。方法对广西贺州市城镇大学及中小学学生5年的体检资料进行分析,比较各年龄组的体重指数和超重+肥胖发生率以及随时间的变化,分析超重+肥胖与血压的关系。结果贺州市青少年5年超重+肥胖发生率分别为:2003年3.7%、2004年4.0%、2005年3.4%、2006年3.0%、2007年4.0%,在5年内有波动,但无显著增加趋势,在小学阶段,超重+肥胖发生率相对较高(2.6%~8.2%),进入中学以后,住校学生肥胖率逐渐下降(2.0%~6.3%);体重指数与血压显著正相关,尤其是与收缩压相关系数更高(P<0.01)。结论贺州市青少年肥胖+超重发生率近年来无明显增高,与其它城市的青少年相似;体重指数与血压有显著相关;学校的饮食和生活使青少年肥胖+超重发生率有所降低。Objective To determine the prevalence profile and related factors of obesity and hypertension in town schools adolescents, and to explore the reasonable prevention measures for adult hypertension and metabolic syndrome. Methods With five years data of physical check-up of the adolescents in the colleges, middle schools and primary schools of Guangxi Hezhou City was analyzed. The body mass index(BMI)and incidences of obesity in different age groups were compared and analyzed,the relation ship between obesity and blood pressure was studied. Results The incidences of overweight and obesity in the adolescents of Hezhnu City were 3.7% ,4.0%, 3.4%, 3.0% and 4.0% in the year of 2003,2004,2005,2006 and 2007 ,respectively, and were fluctuating during the last 5 years,without a tendency of increase. The incidences of overweight and obesity in children of primary schools (2.6%-8.2%)were higher than other age groups,and the incidences of overweight and obesity (2.0%-6.3%)were gradually decreased in the adolescents of middle schools which all the students were resident student. BMI was significantly related to blood pressure, especially the systolic blood pressure(P〈0.01 ). Conclusions The level of BMI and the incidences of obesity in the adolescents of Hezhou City were not increasing during last 5 years. As the condition of other cities,BMI is positively related to blood pressure. School life and dietary may be benefit in prevention of overweight and obesity.
