摘　　要：针对目前电子商务专业教学中师资队伍、教学方向定位、教学实践及教材这几个问题进行了分析和探讨,并提出了相应的一些建议,以期能有助于电子商务专业教学质量的改善或提高。This paper focuses primarily upon the main problems of teaching and learning problems of electronic commerce, that is the quality of teaching stuff, the localization of teaching direction, practice and teaching materials. At the same time, this paper makes an attempt to put out some suggestions, in order to improve the current teaching situation in electronic commerce major.
