摘  要:血样中的毒鼠强用固相微萃取法分离。取2mL血样加水稀释至15mL,插入聚丙烯酸酯萃取纤维头30min,取出萃取头用水洗提2~3次后,在仪器的前进样口加热除去残留的水分,然后将萃取头插入仪器的进样口进行热解吸,并测定其含量。此方法的检出限(3S/N)为1.1μg·L^-1。在毒鼠强质量浓度为100μg·L^-1的水平上测定了方法的相对标准偏差(n=6)为4.03%。Tetramine was separated from the blood sample (2 mL of blood diluted to 15 mL with water) by SPME with polyacrylie fiber extractor (PA extractor). After dipping the PA extractor into the sample solution for 30 min, it was taken out, washed 2--3 times with water, and heated to remove any adhered water. The extractor was then inserted into the smaple inlet of the instrrnent, and tetrarnine on the extractor was thermaUy desorbed and determined by GC-MS. Detection limit (3S/N) of the method found was 1.1 μg·L^-1. Value of RSD (n=6) found at concentration level of 100 μg·L^-1 was 4. 03%.
