摘　　要：文章在分析区域经济社会发展与资源环境动态关系、探索生态资产动态评估指标体系的构建原则的基础上,从研究方法的可操作性和推广性以及研究成果的实用价值出发,提出以生态资产消耗、损失和转移为内容的生态资产动态评估指标体系,建立了不同指标的计量模型,并对评价技术方法做了详细说明。On the premise of the relations between resources ＆ environments and economy development and society development were analyzed, the building principles ＆ the indicators systems on evaluating dynamic ecological indicators were putted forward. The measuring models and technologies including eco-assets depleting, eco-assets loss and transferring are explained in details from the views of advancing the practical value on research results.
