两侧同步切开和逐点对比缝合重睑成形术的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨达到重睑成形术两侧对称性的有效方法。方法两侧同步切开，去除等量的眼轮匝肌和（或）脂肪组织，先于一侧眼睑的黄金分割点缝合1针，调整好重睑的宽度和重睑线弧高，并以此点作为参照，然后缝合另1只眼的对称点，并依此步骤在两侧眼睑缝合6～8个对称点，对每缝1组对称点，即时仔细对比两侧重睑的对称性，必要时酌情调整。结果31例术后两侧重睑高度对称、长度相等，重睑线弧度线完美一致，受术者满意，1例欠佳。结论运用两侧同步切开、逐点对称对比缝合的方法，能明显提高两侧重睑的对称性，具有重要临床参考价值。Objective To explore the effective methods of increasing the symmetry of blepharoplasty. Methods The two eyelids were synchronously incised, and equal amount of musculi dormitator and fat tissues removed. Firstly, suture at the golden point of intersection for one eyelid, then suture the same point on the other one, and carefully compare the symmetry of both eyelids. Results All the 31 patients, except 1, were satisfied with the results of the symmetry with same height and length. Conclusion Syn- chronously incising the two eyelids and suturing at the symmetrical points by comparison can evidently increase the symmetry of blepharoplasty.
