摘  要:目的:对具有耐盐促生作用的细菌Rs-198进行鉴定,并研究耐盐促生细菌Rs-198和Rs-5在混合培养中的相互作用。方法:利用菌株的形态特征、生理生化特征和16S rDNA序列同源性对菌株Rs-198进行鉴定;根据菌株Rs-5和Rs-198的拮抗共生性和生长周期特性确定混合培养温度;通过分析不同接种方式下单独培养和混合培养中葡萄糖的残余量、生物量的生成及pH的变化,揭示混合培养的相互作用。结果:菌株Rs-198初步鉴定为荧光假单孢菌(Pseudomonas fluorescens);Rs-198和Rs-5混合培养温度为28℃;不论按等体积混合,还是按浓度比为107∶106,106∶106,105∶106混合,两菌种均具有协同增长作用,当接种浓度相当时(106∶106),混合培养的活菌数是单独培养活菌数总和的3.1倍,此时协同增长作用最显著。结论:两菌株存在协同增长作用,为今后的混合培养和复合菌肥的研制提供了理论依据。Objective:Identification of salt tolerant Promoting Growth Bacteria Rs - 198,and Study on the interaction of Rs - 198 and Rs - 5 in co - culture. Method:Based on the morphological characteristics, physiological and biochemical characteristics, 16S rDNA sequence homology, the salt tolerant promoting growth bacteria Rs- 198 was identified; According to Antagonism and the growth cycle, the temperature of co-culture was determined; According to analyzing the glucose consumption, biomass production and pH change in mono- and co- culture, the interaction in co - culture was revealed. Result: Rs - 198 was identified as Pseudomonas fluorescens ; The temperature of co - culture was 28℃ ; Not only equivalent volume mixture but also different concentration ratios such as 107:106, 106:106, 10s :106 ,there was synergistic growth efficacy between Rs 198 and Rs - 5. While the concentration was equivalent( 10^6 : 10^6 ), tiffs efficacy was most obvious. Conclusion: There was synergistic growth efficacy between Rs - 198 and Rs - 5, it provided the theoretical foundation for co - culture of the two strains and preparation of biologically compound fertilizer in future.
