摘 要:以激光干涉仪直线度误差测量为基础研究了数控机床垂直轴滚转角误差的检测方法。采用齐次坐标变换分析了测量值与原始误差的关系,在此基础上建立了滚转角误差检测模型;分析了直线度误差激光干涉测量原理,采用电子水平仪作为相对方位的参考基准,给出了一种基于双直线度检测的垂直滚转角测量方法及装置;按照该方法的检测原理对水平轴进行了滚转误差检测实验并与电子水平仪直接测量的结果进行了对比,两种结果无显著差异。该方法及装置也适用垂直面内倾斜直线轴滚转角误差的检测。A method for roll angular error measurement of NC machine tool vertical axis was studied based on straightness measurement using laser interferometers system. First, a measuring model of roll angular errors was established using homogeneous transform matrices after analysis of relationship of measured data and primary errors. Then, on the basis of analyzing the principle of straightness laser interferometric measurement and adopting electronic level as relative orientation reference datum, a method and an equipment scheme for roll angular error measurement were proposed. Finally, a case study of horizontal axis roll angular error measurement following the principle of the method was carried out, whose testing results were compared with that of using electronic level and the results of the two different methods have little difference. The method and the equipment scheme are also suitable for roll angular error measurement of tilt axis in vertical plane.
