摘  要:利用内摆线特性和传动原理,提出一种新型内摆线能量转换机构。在S195柴油机结构基础上,完成新型内摆线能量转换机构结构设计。利用Solidworks和ADAMS软件建立了新型内摆线内燃机的虚拟样机模型,进行了运动学与动力学特性研究。结果表明:与传统曲柄连杆机构相比,新型内摆线能量转换机构使活塞在上止点附近停留的时间比较长,而且在同样的曲轴转角下,活塞更接近上止点,有利于燃料的充分燃烧,提高内燃机的经济性;同时,新型内摆线能量转换机构可以实现活塞的完全直线运动,活塞侧压力大大减小,有利于减小由此而带来的摩擦损失,提高内燃机的机械效率,降低内燃机的机械振动和噪声。Based on hypocycloid characteristics and transmission principles, a new kind of hypocycloid energy transformation mechanism was proposed. And its structural design was completed based on structure of a S195 type diesel engine. Virtual prototype model of the new type hypocycloid internal combustion engine was built by Solidworks and ADAMS software. And research on its kinematics and dynamics was conducted. The results show that compared with traditional mechanism of crank and connection rod, the piston of the new mechanism has longer residence time near top dead center, and it is more approach to top dead center at the same crank angle. So the fuel combustion can be done fully and the economy of internal combustion engine is improved. Simultaneously, fully straight movement of piston can be realized using the new mechanism, and lateral pressure of piston can be reduced greatly. And it is favor of reducing the friction losses, increasing the mechanical efficiency and decreasing its mechanical vibration and noise.
