螺旋CT双期扫描诊断嗜铬细胞瘤的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨螺旋CT（SCT）双期扫描诊断嗜铬细胞瘤的影像价值。方法搜集经手术和病理证实的19例嗜铬细胞瘤患者术前SCT平扫、双期扫描影像资料。结果18／19例肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤为单侧发病，发生肾上腺15例，肾上腺外4例。肿块较大，瘤界较清晰，16例出现坏死和囊变，1例出现钙化。增强双期扫描肿瘤实体部分明显强化。结论SCT双期扫描。肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤的定位和定性诊断有重要价值。Objective To explore the value of dynamic contrast--enhanced CT in diagnosis of pheochromocytoma. Methods CT findings including plain CT scanning and two phases dynamic--enhanced scanning of pheochromocytoma proved surgically and pathologically were retrospectively studied. Results The pheochromocytomas occurred most unilaterally（18/19）, 15 cases were found in adrenal and 4 cases were ectopic. The most of pheochromocytomas presented as large round or oval masses with definite margins. Necrosis and cystic degeneration in 16 and calcifications in 1 were seen. The tumor＇s parenchyma was obviously enhanced on contrast -- enhanced CT scan. Conclusion Dynamic contrast-- enhanced CT scan is of significant value in localizing and qualifying diagnosis of pheochromocytoma.
