摘  要:目的:为了建立用毛细管气相色谱法同时测定食用菌中联苯菊酯、甲氰菊酯、氯氟氰菊酯、氯菊酯、氟氯氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯、氯戊菊酯、溴氰菊酯等8种菊酯类农药残留的方法。方法:样品中的农药残留用溶剂提取后,采用柱层析净化技术将提取液净化,经氮吹仪浓缩后,用毛细管柱气相色谱法测定,外标法定量,检测器为ECD。结果:8种菊酯的分离效果很好,色谱的分离度均大于1.5,线性关系良好(r〉0.99),平均回收率为83.4%~103.1%,RSD为1.6%~4.3%(n=6)。结论:本方法简便准确,灵敏度高,适用于食用菌中8种菊酯类农药残留的同时测定。Objective:To establish a method for simultaneous determination of 8 kinds of permethrin such as bifenthrin, fen- propathrin, cyhalothrin, permethrin, eypermethrin, baythroid, fenvalerate and dehramethrin in edible fungus by .capillary gas chromatography. Methods:Pesticide residues in samples were extracted with organic solvent, cleaned up by column chromatography , enriched with stream of nitrogen and then determined by capillary gas chromatography with electron detector( ECD), Quantitation was achieved by external standard. Results : Separation of 8 kinds of Permethrin was well with resolution more than 1.5. The calibration curve had good linear relationship (r 〉 0. 99 ), the average recovery rate ranged from 83.4% to 103. 1% with relative standard deviation (RSD) from 1.6% to 4. 3% (n = 6). Conclusion :The method is simple and accurate, sensitive and applicable for simultaneous determination of 8 kinds of pyrethroid pesticide residues in edible fungi.
