摘　　要：本文透视了我国扶贫开发工作现状,分析了现有贫困区域的基本格局,并根据现有贫困人口围绕于地理区域的"块状分布"特点,构建了基于区域协调发展的扶贫开发工作地理区域推进论的分析框架。This article perspective our country poverty relief development work present situation, analysises the basic pattern of poverty regional development, and according to the existing stricken people regarding in the physiographic region ＂the massive distribution＂ the characteristic, constructs the geographical regions advance theory of poverty alleviation and development work analytical framework basiced on the regional coordinating development.
