摘 要:基于模态分析理论,采用单输入/多输出识别法(SIMO)对高速电主轴进行了自由模态试验,介绍了试验方法,得到了所有测点的频响数据。将全部频响数据作集总频响函数,并与相干函数结合分析试验结果,提取了该电主轴的模态参数(固有频率、阻尼和振型),研究了其固有特性。试验结果表明电主轴的基频低于其1阶固有频率,符合电主轴正常工作的基本要求,并用MAC值验证了模态试验的正确性。On the basis of modality analysis theory and adopting the single input/multiple output (SIMO) recognition method, a free modality test on the high speed motorized spindle has been carfled out. The method of experiment was introduced, and the frequency response data of all measured points were gained. Let all the frequency response data be acted as a summarized frequency response function and to be combined with the concerned functions to make an analysis of the tested result, and the modality parameters ( the inherent frequency, damping and vibration type) of this motorized spindle were picked up and its inherent characteristic were researched. The result of experiment showed that the fundamental frequency of the motorized spindle was under its first ordered inherent frequency and tallies with the basic requirement of the normal operation of motorized spindle. The effectiveness of this modality test was verified by the MAC value.
