摘　　要：目的探讨16层螺旋CT在CTA检查脑动脉瘤的诊断应用价值。方法应用16层螺旋CT对23例颅内动脉瘤的患者进行CTA检查和经后处理成像,与DSA和手术结果对照。结果本组23例患者CTA中发现动脉瘤26个(其中3例为2个动脉瘤),发病部位分布依次为前交通动脉15个、后交通动脉5个、大脑前动脉3个、大脑中动脉2个、基底动脉1个。CTA显示动脉瘤的部位、大小及其与周围血管关系与DSA和手术结果基本一致。结论16层螺旋CT在应用CTA检查脑动脉瘤的诊断准确率很高,作为一种无创、安全、可靠、简捷的检查手段,具有重要的临床应用价值。Objective 16-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of cerebral aneurysms CTA inspection application value. Methods 16-slice spiral CT of 23 cases of intracranial aneurysms in patients with CTA inspection and post-processing by imaging, with the DSA and surgical results. Results The 23 cases of patients with aneurysms CTA found in 26 （of which three cases for two aneurysms）, parts of the distribution of the incidence of anterior communicating artery were 15, 5 posterior communicating artery, anterior cerebral artery 3, middle cerebral artery 2, basilar artery 1. CTA showed aneurysm site, size and its relationship with the surrounding blood vessels with DSA and surgical results are basically the same. Conclusion 16-slice spiral CT cerebral aneurysms in the application of CTA check the high rate of diagnostic accuracy, as a non-invasive, safe, reliable, simple means of inspection, has important clinical value.
