摘　　要：目的:提高手卫生执行率,降低医院感染发生率。方法:从2003年至今,采取改善洗手设施、制定《瑞金医院手部卫生指南(试行)》、组织形式多样的培训、督查手卫生执行状况、统计手卫生用品用量并反馈等措施,以提高手卫生执行率。结果:通过干预,2005年至2008年该院手卫生执行合格率从33.33%上升至78.94%,手卫生用品用量从11.25ml/(床·日)增至20.03ml/(床·日),医院感染发生率从8.84%下降至5.11%。结论:提高工作管理水平,注意方式方法,可有效提高手卫生执行率,降低医院感染发生率。Objective： To improve the implementation rate of hand hygiene, reduce the incidence of hospital infections. Methods： Since 2003, in order to improve the compliance of hand hygiene, we had improved facilities of handwashing, formulated ＂Guidelines of hand hygiene in Ruijin hospital （for trial implementation）＂, organized a variety of training, supervise the status of implementation of hand hygiene, statistics on the amount of hand-hygiene supplies and feedback etc, so as to improve the implementation rate of hand hygiene. Results： By the intervention, from 2005 to 2008, the qualification rate of hand hygiene rose from 33.33% to 78.94%, the amount of hand-hygiene supplies increased from 7205 to 14511 bottles, the incidence of hospital infections fell from 8.84% to 5.11%. Conclusion： Improving the level of management work and paying attention to the ways and means of working, can effectively improve the implementation rate of hand hygiene, reduce the incidence of hospital infections and strengthen the quality of medical care.
