摘　　要：目的:探讨社会支持对护士职业认同感的影响。方法:利用护士职业认同感量表和领悟社会支持量表对潍坊地区的179名护士进行了调查。结果:护士的职业认同总体水平较高;领悟社会支持和护士的职业认同评分呈正相关;护士职业认同存在城乡差异;朋友支持对护士职业认同回归显著。结论:城乡和朋友支持是影响护士职业认同感的重要因素。Objective： To explore the influence of social support on profession identification of nurses. Methods： 179 nurses in Weifang district were investigated by nursing profession identification scale and perceived social support scale. Results： The profession identification of nurses was good, and it was correlated to perceived social support positively. Nurses form city had different profession identification with those form countryside. The support form friends were correlated to nurses＇ profession identification. Conclusion： The district difference and friends support was important influence factors of nurses＇ profes- sion identification.
