摘  要:采用光纤激光精密切割系统,研究了激光切割工艺参数对血管内支架质量的影响。通过实验和分析,获得了筋宽均匀、结构精细、热影响区小、切缝粗糙度低的血管内支架。对支架进行了球囊扩张实验,支架直径从2.0mm扩张到3.1mm时纵向缩短率为1.3%。利用动态力学分析仪(DMA),采用平面压缩法对扩张后直径为3.1mm的支架的径向支撑力进行了测试,分析了位移随加载压力的变化趋势。Laser cutting technique parameters which influence the quality of endovascular stent were studied with the fiber laser precision cutting system. The high quality endovascular stent which has uniform strut width, precision structure, minimized heat-affected zone and low surface roughness of the kerfs was obtained by experiments and analysis. The shortening rate was 1. 3% when the diameter of stent dilated from 2.0 mm to 3.0 mm by means of balloon expansion. The tests of radial force to dilated stent that diameter is 3.1 mm was carried out by plain compressing method using dynamic mechanical analyzer (DMA). The trend of displacement varied with loaded pressure was also investigated.
