不同胃病患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的测定结果

摘　　要：应用流式细胞仪（ＦＣＭ）检测外周血Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群ＣＤ３＋、ＣＤ４＋、ＣＤ８＋及ＣＤ４＋／ＣＤ８＋比值。健康人（志愿献血者）２０例，消化性溃疡３０例，萎缩性胃炎３０例，慢性浅表性胃炎３０例。结果表明：消化性溃疡、萎缩性胃炎患者Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群ＣＤ３＋、ＣＤ４＋均值明显低于健康人（Ｐ＜００１）。消化性溃疡患者ＣＤ８＋明显高于健康人（Ｐ＜００５）。浅表性胃炎患者与健康人比Ｔ细胞亚群无明显改变。Using flow cytometer (FCM) we studied T lymphocyte Subpopulation (CD3 + CD4 + CD8 +) in peripheral blood from 30 cases of peptic ulcer,30 casees of atrophic gastritis,30 cases of chronic gastritis and 20 health donors as control group.The results showed that among the patients with peptic ulcer,atrophic gastritis the counts of CD3 + and CD4 + were signififcantly decreased as compared with that of control group (P<0 01).The counts of CD8 + of the patients with peptic ulcer were significantly increased as compared with that of control group (P<0 05).The counts of CD3 +,CD4 +,CD8 + of the patients with chronic gastritis were not different as compared with that of control group.
