摘 要:将原则上为人造系统的航班进离港的离散事件动态系统问题作为动态系统处理,将其转化为随机系统控制问题。在一定的假设条件下,通过系统辨识,建立了航班进港的离散随机模型,采用最小方差控制的方法对航班进港进行调度,使进港时的间隔趋于平均,总的方差减少,效果较好。该方法在先到先服务的基础上,为空管自动化问题的解决方案提出了一个新的思路,也为在空管系统中进一步应用控制理论进行研究提供了新的途径。In principle, the problem of discrete event dynamic system about flight arriving and departing is a kind of problem of man-made system; it could be seen to as a dynamic system, and translated into a stochastic control problem. Under certain assumptions conditions, through system identification, discrete stochastic model about fight arriving was established, and Minimum variance control to schedule arriving flights was taken the measure of which made the interval between flights smoothing, significantly reduced the variance, and got a better result. Based on First Arrive First serve, this method supplied solution of ATC automation problem with a new idea, and also supplied a new way in the ATC system in the further application of control theory.
