摘　　要：本文对工科院校传统的毕业实习模式存在的问题进行了分析，利用实习基地，在实习组织、方式、内容、目标及考核等方面，提出了毕业实习的新模式。通过实践在培养学生实践创新能力，提高教学质量方面取得了良好的教学效果。This article has carried on the analysis to the engineering course colleges and universities tradition graduation field- work pattern existence question,the use practice base,in aspects and so on practice organization, way, content,goal and inspection, proposed the graduation fieldwork new pattern. Is training the student through the practice to practice the innovation ability, en- hanced the quality of teaching aspect to obtain the good teaching effect.
