摘　　要：项目管理模式对项目成功地实施所起的作用已被越来越多的人所承认，并逐渐成为人们的共识，而企业的发展必须依托于项目。本文从分析企业核心竞争力的内涵出发，说明通过项目模式，运用项目管理的方法和技术来进行企业资源的整合及最佳配置，能够提升企业绩效，促进企业快速发展。面对各种挑战，项目管理只有不断的完善和创新，才能更好地适应企业的需要。The project management pattern successfully implements the role to the project which plays By more and more many people to acknowledge that, and becomes people＇s mutual recognition gradually, but enterprise＇s development must depend on in the project. This article embarks from the analysis enterprise core competitive power connotation, showed through the project pattern, carries on the enterprise resources using the project management method and the technology the conformity and the best disposi- tion,can promote the enterprise achievements, the promotion enterprise fast development. Facing each kind of challenge, the project management only then the unceasing consummation and the innovation,can meet enterprise＇s need well.
