摘　　要：以ＤＲＡＭ控制器的设计为例，介绍了在系统可编程技术。基于美国Ｌａｔｉｃｅ半导体公司的ｉｓｐＬＳＩ器件，提出了ＤＲＡＭ控制器的设计方法，并利用ＩＳＰＳｙｎａｒｉｏＳｙｓ－ｔｅｍ软件对系统进行了仿真。In this paper, we introduce the ISP ( In System Programmability ) by example of the DRAM controller design. We present the design method of DRAM controller based on the ispLSI devices of Lattice Semiconductor Corporation. Through the Verilog Simulator of ISP Synario System, we simulate the DRAM controller system.
