摘　　要：鉴于知识管理战略选择的复杂性特征及研究中存在的问题,在知识管理战略选择决策中引入复杂系统建模的方法——人工神经网络技术,建立了知识管理战略选择BP神经网络模型,以辅助组织进行知识管理战略选择决策。通过实证研究,演示和验证该模型的应用,研究结果显示该模型可应用于知识管理战略选择决策中。The successful implementation of knowledge management depends on whether organizations can better select a suitable knowledge management strategy. In view of the complexity of knowledge strategy selections, this paper uses a modeling method of complex system--BP artificial neural network to develop a model of knowledge strategy selection in order to help companies that need to se- lect knowledge management strategies. Additionally, an empirical study is presented to illustrate the application of the proposed model and verify its effectiveness.
