对我国篮球后备力量培养体制的探讨

摘　　要：近年来我国篮球运动的成绩起落不定,出现这种现象的原因固然是多方面的,但就目前我国单一的"举国培养体制"不能不引起我们的深思.后备人才培养是竞技体育的战略问题,也是一个系统工程,不能一蹴而就,只有重视后备人才的梯队建设,我国的竞技体育才能持续发展.目前中国篮球运动的缺陷,也是中国篮球的战略生机所在.我们必须有一个清醒的认识,并给予足够的重视,那么中国篮球的运动水平才能得到迅速提高和发展.The achievement of the basketball in our country rises and falls indefinitely in recent years, the reasons which causes this phenomenon lie in many aspects. But the unitarity cultivation system of our country have to cause our deep thinking at present. Reserve personnel training is a strategic question of the athletics sports, and also a system engineering. The athletics sports of our country could be developed continuously only when we pay attention to the construction of reserve talents, sinceit can＇t accomplish in one move. The defect of China＇s basketball at present, is the strategic life of the Chinese basketball too. In order to make the level of basketball raise anti develop rapidly, we must have one sober understanding and pay enough attention to that.
