摘　　要：美国是世界上高等教育较发达的国家,它丰富的经验对于世界各国高等教育的发展都有一定的启发意义。通过比较,找出中美两国高校教育收费政策特点,两国收费政策制定理念、制定机构和影响因素的不同,为中国当前高校教育收费政策提供借鉴和参考。The United States has advanced high education in the world, and its abundant education experiences can be enlightenment on other countries. Through comparing the characteristic of educational cost of China and America, this study elaborates the differences of education cost policies, policy notion, charge institutions and influence factors. The purpose of the study is to provide reference for Chinese high education cost.
