两种窝沟封闭术预防窝沟龋的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨两种窝沟封闭术预防窝沟龋的临床疗效。方法选择55例6～8岁儿童的第1恒磨牙用自身半口对照法,观察并比较窝沟釉质成形封闭术和普通封闭术封闭剂的保留率和龋病发生率。结果随诊3年,发现窝沟釉质成形封闭术组保存率在封闭后1年与普通窝沟封闭术组无显著差异;而在2～3年有显著性差异(P<0.05),且龋病发生率有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论窝沟釉质成形封闭术能明显提高封闭剂保留率,从而增强防龋效果。Objective To discuss the curative effect of two kinds of pit closure and prevention of pit caries. Methods 55 cases of such patient age from 6 ～ 8 year old were analyzed in first molar and comparison with opposite side. The in- cidence of caries ad impacting medium remained rate were observed with enamel closure and common closure. Results After 3 years follow - up, there was significant difference between two groups in remaining rate of closure and lower caries incidence. Conclusion The enamel pit closure might improve the remaining rate and prevent caries happening.
