摘  要:采用PCR测序技术分析贵州白香猪两品系(Ⅰ系、Ⅱ系)mtDNA D-loop区和Y染色体SRY基因编码区序列。结果表明,在遵循母系遗传的mtDNA D-loop区,贵州白香猪Ⅰ系具有3种单倍型H1、H2和H3;Ⅱ系具有1种单倍型H1;在遵循父系遗传的SRY基因编码区,两品系共享单倍型GWXPⅠ。说明贵州白香猪Ⅰ系具有3个母系血统,Ⅱ系具有1个母系血统;Ⅰ系和Ⅱ系具有1个父系血统。通过与GenBank上收录的其他猪品种的同源序列比对发现,贵州白香猪具有独特的线粒体遗传结构,且其线粒体基因纯合性较高。Mitochondrial DNA D - loop and the coding region sequence of Y chromosome SRY gene in two lines of Guizhou White Xiang Pig( GWXP line Ⅰ and line Ⅱ )were analyzed by PCR sequencing technique in the present work. In maternal inheritance mtDNA D -loop region, GWXP line Ⅰ demonstrated three Mitochondrial haplotypes, which were H1, H2 and H3. However, line Ⅱ had only one haplotye, which was HI. To the coding region of SRY gene in paternal inheritance, the two lines shared haplotype GWXP Ⅰ . Therefore, it indicated that there were three matemals blood hne- ages in line Ⅰ and one maternal blood lineage in line Ⅱ. Furthermore, there was only one paternal blood lineage in both line I and line Ⅱ. Compared with the homologous sequences available from GenBank, it can be concluded that GWXP had special haplotypes of mtDNA. Additionally, its Mitochondrial gene was more homozygous.
