摘　　要：文章论述了在仪器设备效益评价的基础上运用有偿占用、有偿使用、创建仪器设备开放基金等经济方式,建立一种新的运行机制,并在工作实践中进行了许多有益的研究与探索。The article elaborated has utilized paid in the instrumentation equipment benefit appraisal foundation takes, the paid use, the foundation instrumentation equipment opens the fund and so on the economical way, established one kind of new operational mechanism, and has conducted many beneficial research and the exploration in the working practice.
