摘　　要：为了提高大型仪器设备的使用效益,提出了加强论证、设立专项资金、规范管理、建立开放实验室等措施。To develop the use efficiency of the large instruments and equipments, the measures of strengthening the argument, establishing particular item fund, standardizing the management and building up the open laboratory have been come up.
