当前民营企业融资问题探析

摘　　要：借鉴企业融资的相关理论,分析了民营企业融资现状,归纳了民营企业融资困难的内因和外因,并提出了改善民营企业融资环境的建议,即改善以银行体系为代表的间接融资渠道;拓展以资本市场为代表的直接融资渠道;完善信用评估体系和担保体系等。Learns from relative theories of financing for enterprises,analyses the current situation of financing in order to summarize internal and external reasons, and gives recommendations： expanding the indirect financing channels represented by the banking system, expanding the direct financing channels represented by the capital market, as well as improving the credit risk evaluation system and credit guarantee system of private enterprises, in order to improve the financing environment.
