摘  要:在医院现有的自动化诊疗体系下,针对既要在同一系统中使得药物临床试验受试者免费,又要符合各项医疗环节的诊疗规范这一问题,设计出一套全新的药物临床试验免费用药、检查流程。该流程包括四种临床路径:①门诊受试者免费用药,②住院受试者免费用药,③门诊受试者免费检查,④住院受试者免费检查,并已实际应用到药物临床试验中,从而有效地避免了试验过程中受试者为试验支付药物、检查费用,杜绝了可能的违规操作,为军队医院的药物临床试验工作提供了借鉴和参考。Based on the present medical information system of the hospital and feasibility analysis, a set of new drug clinical trial procedures was designed, which made free medication and examination for different cost-type subjects possible. There are 4 clinical routes: 1. free administration for examinees in out-patient department, 2. free administration for examinees in in-patient department, 3. free examination for examinees in out-patient department, and 4. free examination for examinees in in-patient department. The relevant administrative office has to shoulder the responsibility to establish connection among different departments, for example, it should notice the departments, e.g., department of information, hospital drug storehouse, and imaging departments, etc. And a virtual pharmacy is to be established. The practical application of this new system in clinical trials effectively helps stopping corrupt practices and avoiding errors, such as the facts that some examinees have to pay for the free drugs and examinations or somebody should get profit at government or other' s expenses, etc. It has been proven that this system is effective.
