摘 要:为解决网络化制造模式中的联盟成员选择问题,提出一种改进的逼近理想解排序混合型多维决策方法,并建立了相应的选择模型。该方法充分考虑指标多属性的特点,针对传统逼近理想解排序中存在的不足,采用"垂直"距离的概念,描述各方案之间的贴近程度,并通过矩阵平移简化计算。通过实例分析表明,该方法提高了联盟成员选择的可靠性和合理性。最后,基于该方法构建浏览器/服务器结构下的网络联盟成员选择原型系统,实现权重设置、数据输入、综合评价等功能。系统实际应用表明,通过控制模块控制和调用各子功能模块,可以实现系统的协调运行,有效辅助盟主企业进行联盟成员的管理决策。In order to solve the alliance membership selection problem in networked manufacturing, an improved Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) mixed multi-dimensional decision was presented. And corresponding selection model was also set up. The multi-attribute characteristics of indexes such as exact type, interval type and fuzzy type was fully considered. The "vertical" distance to represent the nearness degree in view of the traditional TOPSIS disadvantages was also employed. The improved TOPSIS simplified the calculation through matrix translation. By instance analysis, the method was proved to be reliable and rational. Then, the networked alliance member selection prototype system was constructed in the structure of Browser/Server (B/ S), which realized weights setting function, data input function, and comprehensive evaluation function. Through the system implementation, the system control module could realize collaborative operation by controlling and calling the related function modules, the system could also support decision management for leading enterprises.
