摘　　要：目的通过建立麻醉手术专科药品说明书档案，观察本科室医务人员建立档案前后合理用药的变化。方法将本科所有药品说明书按照静脉药和外用消毒药品分成两类扩印成册，建立两份档案，放在固定文件盒里，观察建档前后医护人员对药品的说明书阅读比例，对药品的理解及合理使用药物的比例。结果建档前后医护人员对说明书的阅读率分别33．5％．76．9％，对药品的理解率分别30．8％，81．9％，合理使用药物率分别53．2％，75．8％。建档前后差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论该档案的建立，提高了麻醉手术科医护人员对药品说明书的阅读，对药品的理解，增加了合理使用药物的比例，提高了药物使用的安全性。[Objective] To observe the change of the rate of rational drug use in operating room before and after the establishing of drug instructions files of operating room. [Method] All the drug instructions of operating room are divided into two types of files： intravenous medications and disinfectants. The rate of drug instructions reading, understanding and the rate of rational drug use were observed before and after the establishing of the two files. [Results] The rate of drug instructions reading was 33.5%, 76.9%; the rate of drug instructions understanding was 30.8%, 81.9%; the rate of rational drug use was 53.2%, 75.8% , respectively before and after the establishing of the two files （P 〈0.01 ） . [Conclusion] The establishment of the files helps to improve the medical staff of operating room to read drug instructions, to understand drug use , and to increase the proportion of the rational use of drugs.
