老年性下睑内翻两种手术矫正方法疗效观察

摘　　要：目的比较皮肤轮匝肌切除法与睑缘间切开法矫正老年性下睑内翻的疗效。方法38例(51只眼)和31例(38只眼)分别用皮肤轮匝肌切除法和睑缘间切开法矫正老年性下睑内翻,观察两种方法手术后近期、远期倒睫复发情况。结果皮肤轮匝肌切除法长期疗效优于睑缘间切开法。结论皮肤轮匝肌切除法治疗矫正老年性下睑内翻时间短,操作简单,效果可靠,是一种良好的方法。Objective To compare the effect of blepharosphincterectomy with eyelid margin incision to treat senile blepharlosis. Methods 38 cases （ 51eyes ） and 31 cases （ 38 eyes ） were preformed blepharosphinctereetomy and eyelid margin incision respectively. We compared the effect of two kinds of operation by observing recurrence of blepharlosis. Results The long-effect of btepharosphineterectomy was better than that of eyelid margin incision. Conclusion Blepharosphinetereetomy is a simple method with reliable effect for treatment of senile blepharlosis.
