企业生产综合计划的优化编制与决策支持研究

摘　　要：针对我国社会主义市场经济体制的特点，将市场和顾客需求引入生产计划评价指标体系，建立了一种基于规划、优化、反馈调整的３阶段生产综合计划优化编制方法。The aggregate production planning is one of the most important components of production systems.Demands of the market and the customers are introduced in the system of the evluation indices for production planning in this paper,and a kind of threephase formulation approach of aggregate production planning is proposed based on planning,optimization,and modification by feedback information.Finally,a framework of decision support system for the formulation process is recommended.
