摘　　要：酶学实验是生物化学实验的重要组成部分。该文以马铃薯皮为实验材料，提取了过氧化物酶粗酶液，设计了一组酶促动力学实验，主要包括测定该酶的酶活性，比较了3个不同pH值对酶活性的影响；测定了粗酶液的蛋白的含量并计算了比活力。该实验取材经济方便，操作简便易行，不需要特殊仪器，一般实验室均可操作，适用于生物学及相关专业本专科酶学实验教学，取得了良好的教学效果。Peroxidase was extracted from potato plant. A set of dynamics experiments of peroxidase were designed at the same time including the measurement of peroxidase activity, and the effect of different pH values on peroxidase was also analysed. In the end , the crude protein content of fluid was determined and the relative activity was calculated. The experiment doesn＇t need special equipment, and can be operated in the general la- boratory. It can be applied to the biological and related professionals.
