高校分析测试中心管理体制初探

摘　　要：分析、探索了高校分析测试中心各种管理体制的利弊，指出高校的中心应该建立在学科平台的基础上，这样在学科得到发展的同时，中心也随其发展壮大起来，并不断加大仪器设备开放与共享，仪器设备的新功能才会有条件进行开发，设备的维护经费能够得到有效地补充，测试人员的素质也会在高水平的研究与服务工作的进行中得到不断地提高。Through analyzing the specific characteristic of the management system of centers of analysis and measurement in colleges and universities, it is shown that the center should be based on the discipline platform establishment. Through continually increasing share of instruments and equipment, the new functions of the instruments and equipment will be developed under certain conditions, and maintenance funds will be effectively supplied, and the diathesis of conners will be continuously enhanced at the high level research and service.
