依卡倍特钠联合治疗糜烂性胃炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察糜烂性胃炎或胃溃疡应用依卡倍特钠联合标准三联疗法治疗疗效。方法:189例胃镜诊断麋烂性胃炎或胃溃疡合并幽门螺杆菌感染的患者。随机分成治疗组和对照组,在实用奥美拉唑,阿莫西林,克拉霉素的基础上,治疗组加用依卡倍特钠4周,观察两组患者癌状改善情况,治疗结束。观察内镜下胃溃疡或糜烂的愈合情况。结果:治疗1周患者症状缓解程度和溃疡愈合率明显优于对照组。Objective：To study the effects of ecabet sodium and standard triple therapy in treatment of gastric ulcer. Methods： 189 patients with erodive gastritis or gastric ulcer and Helicobacter pylori infection diagndsed by gasrtoscope were enrolled. All patients were randomized into study group and controlled group.All patients were given Omeprazole, Amoxicillin and Clavithromycin. In addition, the study group was given ecabet sodium for 4-week,Imregimens in symptons were recorded,The cure rate was assessed by endoscopy. Results： The combined therapy of ecabet sodium relieves the gastric pain more rapidly and The cure rate of gastric ulcer than the single fanotidine therapy. Conelusions：Ecabet sodium and standard triple therapy in treatment of gastric ulcer is highly effective.
