乳腺癌VEGF-C和VEGFR-3表达与淋巴结转移关系的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺癌血管内皮生长因子C(VEGF-C)、血管内皮生长因子受体3(VEGFR-3)的表达及其与淋巴结转移的关系。方法用免疫组化SP法检测60例乳腺浸润性导管癌VEGF-C、VEGFR-3的表达,并取15例乳腺纤维腺瘤标本作对照。结果乳腺癌组VEGF-C、VEGFR-3阳性表达率及表达程度均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。乳腺癌淋巴结转移阳性组VEGF-C、VEGFR-3表达率及表达程度高于淋巴结转移阴性组(P均<0.05),VEGF-C、VEGFR-3的表达与乳腺癌腋淋巴结转移呈正相关(P均<0.05)。乳腺癌VEGF-C与VEGFR-3的表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。按肿块大小等临床病理指标的分组中,VEGF-C、VEGFR-3表达无显著性差异(P均>0.05)。结论乳腺癌组织中VEGF-C、VEGFR-3表达水平增高,VEGF-C、VEGFR-3表达促进乳腺癌淋巴结的转移。Objective To study the expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor C （VEGF-C） and vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 3 （VEGFR-3） in breast cancer and their correlations with lymph node metastasis. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was adopted in detecting VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 protein expressions in 60 cases of breast cancer and 15 cases of breast fibroadenoma as controls. Results The positive rate and degree of VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 expressions in breast cancer were significantly higher than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 were conspicuously higher in lymph-node-positive group than in lymph- node-negative group （P〈0.05）. The expressions of VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 were positively correlated with axillary lymph node metastasis; VEGF-C expression was positively associated with VEGFR-3. However, there were no significant differences in pathologic features, tumor size and clinical stage. Conclusion The expressions of VEGF- C and VEGFR-3 were higher in breast cancer, and they promoted lymph node metastasis.
