摘 要:目的分析携带地中海贫血基因对手工分离血小板的影响。方法对10例地中海贫血献血者与10例健康对照组制备浓缩血小板,比较制备血小板数目、血小板得率、红细胞残留量,并与红细胞参数行相关分析。结果地贫组与正常对照组血小板得率无显著性差异(P=0.164);携带地贫基因时,制备的血小板中的残存红细胞计数高于对照组(P=0.000)。残留红细胞计数与平均红细胞体积(mean corpuscular volume,MCV)、平均血红蛋白量(mean corpus-cular hemoglobin,MCH)呈负相关(分别为r=-0.651,P=0.002;r=-0.633,P=0.003),与红细胞分布宽度(redblood cell distribution width,RDW)呈正相关(r=-0.748,P=0.000)。结论携带地贫基因时不影响分离血小板效率,但增加红细胞的污染率,MCV越低者,红细胞污染越大。在制备战备浓缩血小板时,应尽量避免采用低MCV者,在地贫高发区制备血小板时尤应注意。Objective To investigate the effect of thalassemia on the preparation of platelet concentrations. Methods 10 blood donors withβthalassemia and 10 healthy controls were studied. Platelet concentrations were prepared. Concentration and gain ratio of platelet as well as resident red blood cells were compared. Their relationship with mean corpuscular volume (MCV), mean corpuscular hemoglobin (MCH), red blood cell distribution width (RDW) were analyzed. Results There was no difference in gain ratio of platelet between thalassemia and control group(P = 0. 164). Count of resident red blood cell were higher in thalassemia group(P = 0. 000), and related positively with MCV (r = - 0. 651, P = 0. 002) and RDW (r = - 0. 633, P = 0. 003), while negatively with RDW( r = - 0. 748 ,P = 0. 000). Conclusion Although thalassemia does not infect the effect of platelet preparation, it increased the count of resident red blood cells. The lower the MCV, the more serious the pollution of the red blood cells. Attention should be paid in areas with high prevalence of thalassemia.
