乙酰肝素酶在胰腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨胰腺癌组织中乙酰肝素酶(HPSE)的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组化SABC法检测45例胰腺癌组织、20例癌旁组织、20例正常胰腺组织中HPSE的表达情况,并分析其与临床病理特征的关系。结果胰腺癌组织中HPSE的阳性表达率明显高于癌旁及正常胰腺组织(χ2=22.35、29.79,P<0.05)。淋巴结转移组HPSE蛋白阳性表达率高于无淋巴结转移组(χ2=4.60,P<0.05)。Ⅲ+Ⅳ期组HPSE蛋白阳性表达率高于Ⅰ+Ⅱ期组(χ2=6.91,P<0.05)。结论在胰腺癌组织中HPSE高表达,且与肿瘤的浸润、转移有关。HPSE可以作为判断胰腺癌浸润、转移的参考指标之一。Objective To investigate the expression of heparanase in pancreatic carcinoma tissue and its clinical significance. Methods Expression of heparanase was detected by immunohistochemistry SABC method in 45 cases of pancreatic cancer, 20 paraneoplastic samples and 20 normal pancreatic samples. Their association with clinical pathology was analyzed. Results The positive rate of heparanase in the cancer tissue was significantly higher than that in the paraneoplastic and normal tissues （x^2 = 22.35,29.79;P〈0.05）, and the positive rate was also higher in the cases with lymph node metastasis than without （X^2 =4.60, P〈0.05）. The rates of heparanase expression in TNM stage Ⅲ ＋Ⅳ was much higher than that in stage Ⅰ ＋ Ⅱ （X^2 =6.91,P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Heparanase is overexpressed in pancreatic cancer and is associated with the invasion and metastasis of the disease, the detection of it may he used as one of the parameters for judgement of the invasion and metastasis of this condition.
